If the carbon brush is worn out, replace it with a new one. If the solder joints are found to be weak, re-weld. The sampling pump is equipped with a brushless motor, and the common fault is that the lead wires are not in good contact. Resolder or replace leads. The pump is equipped with a brushless motor, which can solve the problem of clutter interference from the motor to the control circuit from the source. 2. The flow rate is low (large noise) The actual flow rate of the instrument is low (inconsistent with the set flow rate), and the adjustment panel“flow correction”doesn't work. The working sound of the pump of the instrument is uneven and harsh. Check the cumulative working time of the vacuum pump. If it reaches or exceeds 600h, the pump equipped with a brush motor may have serious carbon brush wear. The solution is to replace the carbon brush. When replacing the carbon brushes, open the shell of the instrument, unscrew the fastening screws on the motor barrel, lift the motor out of the motor barrel, fuse the contacts of the old carbon brushes on the motor, carefully insert the new carbon brush into the position of the old carbon brush, and weld Make good contacts, install the motor as it is, and run it idly for 6 hours without the filter membrane to break in the carbon brush.
