An ultrasonic flow meter is a device used to measure the flow rate of liquids or gases in a pipeline. It works by sending ultrasonic waves through the fluid and measuring the time it takes for the waves to travel between two transducers located in the pipe. By comparing the time it takes for the waves to travel upstream and downstream, the flow rate can be calculated. Ultrasonic flow meters are non-invasive, meaning they do not come into contact with the fluid being measured, making them suitable for use with hazardous or corrosive liquids and gases.

No moving parts: Ultrasonic flow meters have no moving parts, which means they require minimal maintenance and have a long lifespan.

Non-contact: Ultrasonic flow meters operate on a non-contact basis, which means they do not come into contact with the fluid being measured. This makes them suitable for use in applications where the fluid may be hazardous or corrosive.
