If it exceeds this range, the resistance loss of gas flowing through the orifice plate will increase, and the metered value will be higher than the actual value. Solution: Check the thickness of the orifice plate, if it exceeds this range, replace it. 5. Air leakage of the three-valve group of the differential pressure transmitter If the low-pressure valve in the three-valve group leaks air, it will cause the measured differential pressure to increase, and the measurement result will increase. Solution: If the low-pressure valve in the three-valve group leaks, tighten the valve and replace it if necessary. 6. The height of the isolating liquid varies from the condensing tank to the differential pressure transmitter in the pressure guiding pipe to separate the high temperature medium from the differential pressure transmitter and protect the differential pressure transmitter. If the low-pressure measuring liquid level is higher than the high-pressure measuring liquid level, the measured differential pressure will increase, and the measured flow rate will increase. Solution: Check whether the heights of the condensing tanks on the high and low sides are consistent, and if they are inconsistent, correct them.
