Summary of fault handling in mass flowmeter two-phase flow measurement (1) The mass flowmeter has been out of tolerance, and it has been checked that it is not installed on the same axis of the pipeline to generate stress, resulting in inaccurate sensor measurement, unable to calibrate to zero, and sensor damage . (2) The problem of gas-liquid two-phase and excitation current exceeding the limit occurs. Three measures can be taken to increase the system pressure: ①Reduce the back valve, ②Install the meter at the outlet of the pump or at the lower part of the upward pipeline, ③Check whether the filter installed at the outlet of the pump conforms, it may be caused by the filter. A gas-liquid two-phase flow occurs. (3) There is an error in the PLC configuration of the mass flow meter and the quantitative loading control system. Two measures can be taken: ① Use Modbus protocol and RS-485 instead of 4-20mA and pulse signal output, so as to directly eliminate errors; Correct the processing to reduce the error as much as possible. (4) False metering occurs during use, even if there is no flow accumulation, it will change. It was confirmed by on-site inspection that the flange was asymmetrical when the flowmeter was installed, resulting in stress. (5) During the passing of the vehicle, there are more and less, and it is confirmed by on-site inspection that the solenoid valve located downstream of the mass flow meter is quickly closed, causing a strong fluid hydraulic impact, which has a great impact on the sensor. If the flow meter is connected with The interchange position of the solenoid valve cuts off the influence of the solenoid valve on the flowmeter, so that the flowmeter can work normally. (6) The electric control valve behind the flowmeter is leaking. The nominal pressure of the electric control valve design is lower than the system pressure, so the valve cannot be closed. Replace the electric control valve whose nominal pressure is greater than the system pressure. (7) The curve fluctuates greatly during the loading process. Two measures can be taken: ① Control the flow rate by controlling the valve, ② Reduce the influence of pipeline vibration and other factors by setting a small flow cut-off. (8) During the use of the flowmeter, it is necessary to regularly check whether the working parameters have changed. If there is a large deviation from the actual situation, re-calibrate the zero flow according to the method described in the manual. When calibrating, the rear valve should be closed so that the flow can fill the pipe.
