Precautions for installation of magnetic flap level gauge

Open the box and check whether the model of the instrument is consistent with the purchased model, and whether the flange size and center distance are consistent with the on-site size. The center distance between the upper and lower flanges of the liquid level gauge is the measuring range 2. No magnetic conductors are allowed around the cylinder of the liquid level gauge, otherwise it will directly affect the normal operation of the liquid level gauge. 3. The liquid level gauge is generally not insulated when it leaves the factory, but it can be replaced according to user needs. If the user uses the heat tracing pipeline by himself, the non-magnetic material must be selected. 4. The float is generally placed on one side of the liquid level gauge cavity. In order to prevent the magnetic float from being hit by high-speed sliding in the main pipe during transportation, the magnetic float is fixed on the lower liquid pipe with a wire before the liquid level gauge leaves the factory. The user should remove the wire before installation. 5. Before installation, use the float to guide it from top to bottom along the flap to ensure that all the flip posts on the flap are turned white at this time. 6. After the liquid level gauge is installed, it needs to be calibrated with a magnetic steel, and the magnetic turning column should be guided once, so that the red is displayed below the zero position, and the white is displayed above the zero position. 7. The instrument must be installed vertically to ensure that the magnetic float can move freely up and down in the main pipe, and the verticality should be less than 3° 8. The pipeline must be cleaned before installation to ensure that the pipeline is clean and free from sundries and blockages 9. A shut-off valve should be installed between the liquid level gauge and the container to cut off the material during cleaning and maintenance. 10. After checking and installing, open the root flange of the liquid level gauge and insert the float into the instrument cavity. The upper part of the float is the direction marked with the arrow (or the upper part is the end with the magnetic steel). There should be no solid and magnetic impurities in the cylinder of the liquid level gauge, so as not to block the float and weaken the buoyancy. 11. According to the condition of the medium, the main pipe can be cleaned regularly to remove the sediment and impurities in the pipe. (1. When the red and white magnetic columns are installed, all the calibration is white; 2. When the red and green magnetic columns are installed, all the calibration is red) 12. When the magnetic flap liquid level gauge is put into operation, first open the valve of the upper liquid introduction pipe, and then slowly open the valve of the lower liquid introduction pipe, so that the liquid can flow directly into the main pipe smoothly, and avoid the rapid rise of the liquid medium with the float, causing magnetic The flipping column is out of order or turned upside down (in case of this phenomenon, it can be re-calibrated with magnetic steel). 13. If the level gauge is used on a higher pressure vessel, the pressure should not be injected suddenly, but the main pressure should be injected slowly to prevent the float from being damaged due to sudden pressure. 14. During use, if individual flaps cannot be flipped due to sudden changes in liquid level or other reasons, it can be corrected by the N pole of the correction magnetic steel or a buoy.
