How to solve the vaporization phenomenon in liquid ammonia flow measurement

In the field, when the cut-off valve is gradually closed, the flowmeter indication value not only does not drop but rises sharply. It is because the liquid ammonia vaporizes rapidly and the volume expands tens to hundreds of times after the cut-off is closed. As a result, the output of the speed flow meter whose output is proportional to the volume flow suddenly rises, and a short-term false indication appears.
