Manually open the outlet valve to prevent damage to the turbine due to the impact of the instantaneous airflow, and it is strictly forbidden to open or close the valve quickly. 3. When the gas turbine flowmeter is put into operation, it is required that the pressure regulating skid at the downstream of the same pipeline has been completely adjusted, and there will be no ice blockage. The pressure difference between the front and rear of the turbine flowmeter should not be too large, and the flow rate should not be too fast. 4. Regularly clean, check and recalibrate the flowmeter, and regularly inject lubricating oil to maintain the good operation of the impeller; 5. Monitor the flow display status of the flow computer, evaluate the flow situation, and check immediately if there is any abnormality; 6. Keep The filter is unblocked. If the filter is blocked by impurities, it can be judged from the differential pressure value of the differential pressure transmitter installed at the inlet and outlet of the filter, and the blockage should be eliminated in time. In case of cleaning, the differential pressure should be<=0.15 bar, if the differential pressure>0.7 bar, the filter element must be cleaned and replaced; 7. If there are many impurities in the pipeline, the flowmeter turbine should be cleaned when the flowmeter turbine malfunctions. After the flowmeter turbine is removed, it should be thoroughly cleaned with light high-grade gasoline and reinstalled.
