At the same time, the following requirements must be observed. 2.1 Installation of measuring gas or steam flowmeter When measuring gas or steam, the vortex flowmeter should be installed on a horizontal pipeline, and attention should be paid to prevent liquid from stagnant when piping. When the vortex flowmeter is installed on a horizontal pipeline, the pipeline in the downstream section should be higher than the vortex flowmeter to keep the pipe full; when the fluid flows downward, the pipeline in the downstream section should be higher than the vortex flowmeter to avoid Keep the tube full. When the flowmeter is installed on a vertical pipe, the fluid should flow upwards, and when the fluid flows downwards, the downstream section of the pipe should be higher than the vortex flowmeter to keep the pipe full, as shown in Figure 3.
