The function of the communication mechanism is to convert the number of revolutions of the rotary cup into an electrical pulse signal, which is composed of a tongue tube (10) and a magnetic steel (4). Working principle: A pair of movable contacts in the tongue tube have dual functions of magnetic and electrical conductivity. When the magnetic steel on the rotating shaft rotates to the side of the reed tube, the tongue piece is magnetized. When the magnetic field is strong enough, the magnetic force overcomes the elastic force of the piece and attracts each other, so that the two pieces are connected. When the magnet turns to the other side, the magnetic field weakens, and the piece is broken by its own elastic force. If the tongue tube is damaged, the rotating shaft and communication parts can be sent to the factory for repair. The magnetic steel on the rotating shaft should not be attracted by iron blocks (such as screwdrivers), nor should it be close to the magnetic field, and the two rotating shafts should not be placed together during cleaning to avoid the weakening of the magnetic force. The tail wing is the balance part of the instrument, which can make the instrument axially follow the water flow when measuring the current.
