Experimental method 1.1 Experimental content Establish a set of indoor loops to simulate the flow of on-site crude oil flowmeters to measure oil products. Control the oil temperature and the ambient temperature of the crude oil flowmeter, use the crude oil flowmeter to measure the oil flow under different oil temperature and ambient temperature, and compare it with the indication of the standard flowmeter. Using the method of multivariate analysis of variance in statistics, the two factors of oil viscosity and ambient temperature are analyzed by variance, and then the influence of oil viscosity and ambient temperature on the measurement error of crude oil flowmeter is studied. Finally, the main factors affecting the measurement results in oil measurement are obtained, and countermeasures are given. 1.2 Selection of experimental oil products There are many types of crude oil transported in this oil transportation site, and the properties vary greatly, mainly including the following: Jeno, Plutoni, Cabinda, Escider, Black Lion, Manji, Bonan , Mando, Oman, Shaqing, Urals, Ronkado, etc. When conducting experiments in the laboratory, through the comparison of crude oil properties, appropriate and representative crude oils are selected for experiments. Among the above types of oils, the wax precipitation points of the last five oils (Mandu, Oman, Shaqing, Urals, Ronkado) are between 15 and 20°C, and the freezing point is below -5°C, which is higher than the freezing point. In order to meet the requirements of the experiment and have sufficient contrast for different properties of crude oil, two kinds of Plutonian crude oil and sand light crude oil with large differences in properties were used as the experimental oil products for the experiment. The experimental method is as follows: Pour a sufficient amount of Plutoni oil into the oil tank, and turn on the oil pump to fill the entire ring. Turn on the heating resistor and agitator, and keep the oil temperature through the standard flow meter above the wax deposition point and a constant temperature through thermocouples, relays and other temperature control systems. Through room temperature control, the ambient temperature of the standard flowmeter is maintained at a higher temperature. Turn on the cooling device, cool the crude oil with a higher temperature to the experimental temperature by cooling the heat exchange tube, and then flow through the experimental crude oil flowmeter. At the same time, the constant low temperature water bath was turned on to control the ambient temperature of the experimental crude oil flowmeter.
