In 2008, a fixed online real-flow calibration system was built, which enabled Changqing Oilfield's natural gas measurement system to realize online real-flow verification and calibration. 1 Application of mobile online real flow verification device 1.1 Application background With the continuous expansion of the production scale of Changqing gas field, the number of flow detection instruments in the production process continues to increase. Due to the scattered gas field stations, a mobile verification device is required. At present, the orifice flowmeters that are widely used are susceptible to various influences such as irregular installation pipelines, actual gas flow characteristics, improper pressure-inducing pipelines, orifice plate contamination, etc., and the measurement accuracy is low. The flow verification device was updated. 1.2 Standard table selection gas turbine flowmeter has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, stable performance, few influencing factors, and wide range ratio; multi-channel gas ultrasonic flowmeter has high accuracy, wide applicable flow range, no wear, and no movement. components, no pressure loss, and low maintenance. (4) Skid-mounted integration and vehicle calibration (CEESI, Colorado Engineering Laboratory, issued a test document for real-flow verification). 1.4 Total Uncertainty of Technical Specifications: When manufacturing is completed without any correction to the entire set of devices≤0.6%, after calibration correction≤0.5%. Working condition flow range: 50~5000m3/h. Design pressure: 6.3MPa; working pressure: 4.0~6.0MPa. The pressure loss of the whole set of devices: not more than 4% of the working pressure.
