The gas mass flowmeter adopts American Microbridge gas flow mass sensor and pressure sensor. The airflow quality sensor is based on the heat transfer principle that the heat taken away by the airflow quality flowing through the sensor is proportional to its output voltage. The pressure sensor is that the pressure of the gas is proportional to the output voltage, that is, the gas mass flow and gas pressure are simultaneously converted into analog signal output. The function of the digital display integrator is to convert the airflow quality analog electrical signal output by the airflow quality sensor into a digital signal through the A/D inside the single-chip microcomputer. After calculation and processing, the mass flow rate of the gas is converted into the corresponding volume flow rate under the standard state or the mass flow rate under the standard state. After data processing and calculation, the real-time flow and cumulative flow are calculated respectively, and sent to four-digit and eight-digit digital tubes for display. The digital display integrator can also convert the gas pressure analog electrical signal output by the pressure sensor through the single chip microcomputer for A∕D conversion, calculate and process the gas pressure value and send it to the three-digit digital tube for display. In addition, the single-chip microcomputer can store various constants and coefficients related to calculation and processing, and the data information such as the upper and lower limits of the real-time flow rate and the upper and lower pressure limits set manually in the EEPROM of the single-chip microcomputer for safe storage. The microcontroller can also store the accumulated flow value into the EEPROM memory. The above data information can be automatically saved after a power failure, and can be automatically restored after the power supply is restarted.
