For different requirements of the working pressure, pressure parts of different materials should be used to avoid unsafe use. The highest shell pressure rating of conventional products can reach 1.0Mpa pressure. (4) Pressure loss; Pressure loss is also an important issue that must be considered when selecting a flow meter. Especially when using a large flow rate, more attention should be paid to checking whether the pressure loss of the gas flowmeter can meet the user's requirements. (5) Applicable purpose; The purpose of use refers to whether the flowmeter is used for trade settlement and cost accounting, or for process parameter control. The flowmeter used for accounting and measurement mainly considers whether its measurement accuracy meets the requirements of accounting, and according to user requirements, it should be equipped with various supporting equipment such as volume corrector, IC card controller, various signal output interfaces, and historical database. Function. Installation of gas flowmeter 1. Environmental conditions: There is no corrosive gas around, small mechanical vibration, little dust and far away from heat sources. For intelligent flowmeters equipped with volume correctors, there should also be a compliant electromagnetic environment. 2. Ambient temperature: generally not exceeding the range of -20°C~+80°C. 3. Pipeline conditions: Before installing the flowmeter, the pipeline must be cleaned and purged to remove all sundries, rust and dirt. The continuous pipeline should generally be coaxial with the same caliber as the inlet and outlet of the flowmeter, and no protrusion protruding from the pipe wall should protrude into the pipeline. The flowmeter should be installed without stress, fully considering the pipeline stress caused by the working temperature. The flow regulating valve, on-off valve and bypass valve installed in the circulation pipeline should work reliably, for example, if there is any leakage of the bypass valve, it will cause a serious drop in measurement accuracy. In order to facilitate observation and inspection, the cutoff of the bypass pipeline can be composed of two on-off valves connected in series. A small-diameter leak detection valve is installed on the connecting short pipe between the two valves, which can easily check the cutoff status of the bypass valve. As required, install appropriate temperature measuring instruments and pressure measuring instruments near the inlet of the gas flowmeter to determine the temperature and pressure of the gas to be measured.
