Anti-corrosion: Corrosive substances cannot penetrate into the inside of the instrument, otherwise it will corrode the components on the circuit board and the circuit board itself, and the instrument may be scrapped for a long time. Even a meter with anti-corrosion function will have the same result if the sealing is not tight. 7. Lightning protection: The electronic weighing apparatus is a weak current system, which is easily attacked by lightning and damaged components. Lightning mainly enters the instrument from two aspects: imported from the power line and imported from the weighing platform through the signal cable. In normal weather, the operator only needs to operate the power switch, but in the case of a short-range lightning strike, the power plug of the instrument and the plug of the weighing platform signal cable must be unplugged. Anti-strong electricity: the live wire of the power supply above 220 volts accidentally hits the scale platform or uses the scale platform as the ground wire, and the electric welding operation on the scale platform may damage the instrument. 9. Cleaning: In an industrial environment, there will be dust accumulation or contamination on the case of the instrument, which must be cleaned with a damp cloth frequently when the power is off. But be careful not to wipe the display window with solvents such as alcohol, which will deteriorate the light transmission performance and make the display blurry. 10. Anti-static: Once the instrument is damaged, it must be sent for repair.
