If it cannot be consistent, a pipe slightly larger than the sensor diameter should be used, and the error should be≤3%, not more than 5mm. 5. When the measured medium contains a lot of impurities, a filter should be installed beyond the required length of the straight pipe section upstream of the sensor. 6. The sensor should be avoided to be installed in places with strong electromagnetic field interference, small space and inconvenient maintenance. Vortex flowmeter attention points 1. Reasonably choose the installation site and environment. Avoid strong power equipment, high frequency equipment, strong power switch equipment; avoid the influence of high temperature heat sources and radiation sources, avoid strong vibration places and strong corrosive environments, etc., and consider the convenience of installation and maintenance. 2. There must be enough straight pipe sections upstream and downstream. If there are two 90s in the same plane upstream of the sensor mounting point. Elbow, then: upstream straight pipe section≥25D, downstream straight pipe section≥5D. If there are two 90s on different planes upstream of the sensor mounting point. Elbow, then: upstream straight pipe section≥40D, downstream straight pipe section≥5D. The regulating valve should be installed beyond 5D downstream of the sensor. If it must be installed upstream of the sensor, the upstream straight pipe section of the sensor should not be less than 50D, and the downstream should not be less than 5D. 3. The piping upstream and downstream of the installation point should be concentric with the sensor, and the coaxial deviation should not be less than 0.5DN. 4. Vibration reduction measures shall be taken for the pipeline. Try to avoid installing the sensor on the pipeline with strong vibration, especially the lateral vibration. If the installation is unavoidable, vibration reduction measures must be taken, and pipe fastening devices and anti-vibration pads should be installed at the upstream and downstream 2D of the sensor. 5. Installation on horizontal pipes is the most common installation method for flow sensors. When measuring gas flow, if the measured gas contains a small amount of liquid, the sensor should be installed at a higher part of the pipeline. When measuring liquid flow, if the measured liquid contains a small amount of gas, the sensor should be installed at the lower part of the pipeline. 6. Installation of sensors in vertical pipes. When measuring gas flow, the sensor can be installed on vertical pipes with unlimited flow direction. If the measured gas contains a small amount of liquid, the gas flow should be from bottom to top. When measuring liquid flow, the flow direction should be from bottom to top: this will not add extra liquid weight to the probe. 7. The sensor is installed on the side of the horizontal pipe. No matter what kind of fluid to measure, the sensor can be installed on the horizontal pipeline, especially for superheated steam, saturated steam and low temperature liquid. 8. The sensor is installed upside down in a horizontal pipe. This installation method is generally not recommended. This installation method is not suitable for measuring general gas and superheated steam. It can be used to measure saturated steam, and it is suitable for measuring high temperature liquid or when the pipeline needs to be cleaned frequently. 9. Installation of sensors on insulated pipes. When measuring high temperature steam, the insulation layer should not exceed a maximum of one-third of the height of the bracket. 10. Selection of pressure and temperature measurement points. According to the needs of measurement, when pressure and temperature need to be measured near the sensor, the pressure measurement point should be at 3-5D downstream of the sensor, and the temperature measurement point should be at 6-8D downstream of the sensor.
