Generally, the maximum clearance on the rotor shaft is 2mm. If the clearance exceeds 2mm, the graphite bearing should be replaced. After the replacement, the lifting clearance of the rotor is between 0.3~0.5mm. (2) Work under normal flow conditions. If it is found that the large pointer does not move, the counting mechanism in the indicator can be removed. Check whether the moving parts are disconnected and stuck. If there is, it should be repaired or cleaned in time. If the fault is not here, stop the steam transmission. Remove the sealing plate. Check whether the reduction gear is normal. If there is a problem, it should be repaired and cleaned in time, and then inject 4112 instrument oil. (3) For the flow meter that has been running continuously for a long time, it is best to open the plugs of the injection and drainage ports of the damping chamber every few months to release the damping fluid, and inject and flush with clean water from the injection port several times. (4) In order to avoid the influence of sediments in the damping chamber and various components, so as to reduce the performance and accuracy of the flowmeter, it should be verified once a year. 3 Troubleshooting (1) The pointer of the indicator does not rotate stably Cause: The transmission mechanism in the indicator does not rotate flexibly, and there is a clamping phenomenon. Remedy: Find out the inflexible parts for trimming and cleaning. (2) Water turned over at the water inlet or outlet Cause: The sealing gasket lost its sealing effect. Remedy: Replace the qualified sealing gasket. (3) The pointer of the indicator does not rotate or rotates too slowly Reasons: ① The flow rate is less than the required value of the flow range; ② There is a foreign body in the flowmeter stuck on a certain transmission part; ③ A part is damaged. Remedy: ①Increase flow IN and replace the shunt orifice; ②Remove and wash the flowmeter to remove foreign matter; ③Replace the qualified parts and use the flowmeter reasonably. (4) Reasons for out-of-tolerance measurement accuracy ①The installation of the flowmeter is unreasonable; ②There is a lot of water in the pipeline; ③The operating pressure of the flowmeter does not match the indication value of the indicator pressure compensation mechanism; ④The actual flow rate is not within the reasonable flow range; ⑤Damping The damping liquid in the chamber is not full; ⑥ Ex-factory calibration is not allowed to eliminate methods ① Reinstall according to the manual; ② Install a drain valve in front of the flow meter; ③ Adjust the pressure compensation mechanism to make the scale value match the operating pressure of the flow meter; ④ Press the Replace the flow meter with the diverter orifice; ⑤ Fill up with damping liquid water; ⑥ Re-calibrate The above is the entire content of this article.
