The gas mass flowmeter consists of a gas flow quality sensor and a digital display integrator. The gas mass flowmeter adopts the American Microbridge gas flow mass sensor and pressure sensor. The airflow quality sensor is based on the heat transfer principle that the heat taken away by the airflow quality flowing through the sensor is proportional to its output voltage. The pressure sensor is that the pressure of the gas is proportional to the output voltage, that is, the gas mass flow and gas pressure are simultaneously converted into analog signal output. The function of the digital display integrator is to convert the airflow quality analog electrical signal output by the airflow quality sensor into a digital signal through the A/D inside the single-chip microcomputer. After calculation and processing, the mass flow rate of the gas is converted into the corresponding volume flow rate under the standard state or the mass flow rate under the standard state. After data processing and calculation, the real-time flow and cumulative flow are calculated respectively, and sent to four-digit and eight-digit digital tubes for display. The volume of fluid is a function of fluid temperature and pressure, and is a dependent variable, while the quality of fluid is a quantity that does not change with time, space temperature, and pressure. As mentioned above, the flow measurement values of commonly used flowmeters, such as orifice flowmeters, turbine flowmeters, vortex flowmeters, electromagnetic flowmeters, rotor flowmeters, ultrasonic flowmeters and oval gear flowmeters, are fluid volume flow. The amount of fluid involved in activities such as scientific research, production process control, quality management, economic accounting, and trade transfer is generally mostly quality. Measuring only the volumetric flow rate of the fluid by using the above-mentioned flowmeter often cannot meet people's requirements, and it is usually necessary to try to obtain the mass flow rate of the fluid. In the past, the quality of the fluid could only be obtained indirectly through methods such as correction, conversion, and compensation after measuring the parameters of the fluid such as temperature, pressure, density, and volume.
