In 2010, 51 pieces of dry water meters were sent for inspection and 21 pieces were scrapped, with a scrapping rate of 41.2%. 1.2.2 From 2010 till now, 216 pieces of flowmeters have been checked and 30 pieces have been scrapped, and the scrapping rate is 13.9%. 1.3 Comprehensive evaluation of flowmeters after use 1.3.1 Quality evaluation of flowmeters Yinuo and Zhejiang Aoxin are of good quality. Zhejiang Tianxin has a short usage time and no quality problems have been found so far. Another manufacturer in Zhejiang has used products for one year and found that there are individual tables with large errors that cannot be adjusted. 1.3.2 After-sales service of flowmeter From the perspective of manufacturers' after-sales service, Hebei Ma'anshan, Zhejiang Tianxin and Dongying Wantai have better services, while a Shanghai manufacturer's service lags behind. 2 Influence of sewage water quality on flow meter Shengtuo Oilfield sewage treatment is difficult. The main reason is that the sewage in the plant is mainly composed of three parts: sewage in the injection area, sewage in the thermal mining area and sewage in the normal block. Among them, the sewage in the polymer injection area contains polymers, which are generally condensed and frozen. The polymers are mixed with the oil in the sewage, and are blocked on the probe of the core of the flowmeter, resulting in a large flowmeter error: while the sewage in the thermal recovery area It contains a lot of corrosive substances, which also affects the accuracy of the flowmeter to a certain extent. In order to solve the problem of sewage water quality, the oil production plant has carried out various transformations on the process and equipment in the station. At the same time, many advanced instruments and equipment have been introduced, such as the introduction of air flotation devices in Ninghai Station and the introduction of OPM devices in Tuoyi Station. However, in actual operation, various new problems are always encountered, resulting in intermittent operation, and the quality of sewage is always difficult to achieve an ideal state. 2.1 Status of sewage water quality From October to October, Ninghai Sewage Station treated a total of 1.87 million m2 of sewage, with an average daily average of 6200 m2. In October, the accumulative compliance rate of oil content in exported sewage was 100%, and the accumulative compliance rate of external suspended solids was 69.7% (see Table 1). In February 2011, the average oil content of incoming water at Tuoyi Station was 183.1mg/L, the average oil content of export was 16mg/L, the average suspended solids were 8.3mg/L, the average corrosion rate was 0.017m1m/a, and the average SRB bacteria was 6/mL. Only the suspended solid content exceeds the standard. From Table 1 and Table 2, it can be seen that the compliance rate of the suspended solids in the sewage export is extremely low, which leads to a layer of sludge on the surface of the water meter core probe during the sewage reinjection process, which affects the accuracy of the meter. The particularity of the water quality of a mine's sewage resulted in large errors and rapid damage to the sewage flowmeter. The site put forward more stringent requirements for the selection of flowmeters. 2.2 Influence of water injection volume on flowmeter 2.2.1 Water injection volume is lower than the theoretical displacement range of the flowmeter. In addition to the influence of sewage water quality on the flowmeter, the injected sewage flow also has a certain influence on the flowmeter. At present, the range of sewage flowmeter is generally 1.5-30m/h, that is, the low-level measurement is 36m/d. In Ninghai Oilfield, according to the geological needs, the injection is sometimes only 15-30m/d. Such a low water injection volume causes The water meter cannot measure. The water has been injected, but it does not show on the flow meter. 2.2.2 The low water injection volume causes the sedimentation of impurities such as oil pollution in the sewage.
