One is to insist on one installation and one calibration, that is, to check and calibrate each newly installed ultrasonic flowmeter during installation and commissioning to ensure that the location is selected, installed, and measured accurately; The portable ultrasonic flowmeter is checked in time to find out the cause of the sudden change in the flow rate, and to find out that the flow rate has indeed changed due to the failure of the instrument. 4. Regular maintenance Compared with other flowmeters, the maintenance amount of ultrasonic flowmeter is relatively small. Ultrasonic flowmeters with external transducers have no water pressure loss and no water leakage after installation. You only need to regularly check whether the transducers are loose and whether the adhesive between them and the pipeline is good; Clean up impurities, scale, etc. on the probe for water leakage; it is an integrated ultrasonic flowmeter, check whether the flange connection between the flowmeter and the pipeline is good, and consider the impact of on-site temperature and humidity on its electronic components, wait.
