When the differential pressure signal transmission distance is greater than 30m, the pressure guiding pipe should be laid in sections, and A collector (or exhaust valve) and a settler (or blowdown valve) are installed at the highest and lowest points respectively. In order to avoid the distortion of the differential pressure signal, the positive and negative pressure guiding pipes should be laid as close as possible, and anti-freezing equipment should be installed in severe cold areas. ⑥ After the throttling device is used for a period of time, due to the solid particles in the liquid, the liquid droplets or other impurities in the gas, the sharp inlet will be blunt, which will increase the outflow coefficient and cause additional errors. In addition, after the throttling device is used for a long time, dirt is easy to accumulate in the lower corner of the upstream side of the orifice plate, which will change the outflow coefficient, so it should be checked regularly to remove the dirt.
