Matters needing attention in the process of installing the flowmeter 1) Before installing the sensor on the process pipeline, first confirm whether the speed sensor coil of the sensor, the DC resistance of the drive coil and the resistance value of the platinum resistance thermometer are normal. 2) The sensor mounting flange must be connected coaxially with the pipe flange, so as to reduce the installation stress and ensure the measurement accuracy. During installation, ensure that the pipeline support only supports the process pipeline, and it is forbidden to use sensors to support the process pipeline. It should be ensured that the sensor housing is suspended and not in contact with any objects. 3) When the sensor is installed on the process pipeline, it should be ensured that the pipeline system is firmly connected with the stable supports at the upstream and downstream sides of the sensor. All threaded connections must be tightened. Clamping the process pipeline helps to reduce potential vibration interference . 4) During the installation of the flowmeter, avoid moving the sensor by the sensor housing. 5) The valves or pumps on the process pipeline near the installation position of the flowmeter need to have their own supports, and the supports that support the sensors cannot be used to support the valves and pumps. 6) The flowmeter should be equipped with a stop valve upstream and downstream of the sensor. 7) Eliminate installation stress: When installing the sensor, in order to eliminate the installation stress, the most effective method is to install the pipe first, pre-install the process pipeline, valve and sensor as a whole, then hoist it, and then weld it to the process main line. In order to achieve the best effect of stress relief, the sensor, shut-off valve and process main line should be in the same vertical plane.
