No matter what kind of fluid to measure, the sensor can be installed on the horizontal pipeline, especially for superheated steam, saturated steam and low temperature liquid. 8. Installation of vortex flowmeter sensor in vertical pipeline. When measuring gas flow, the sensor can be installed on vertical pipes with unlimited flow direction. If the measured gas contains a small amount of liquid, the gas flow should be from bottom to top. When measuring liquid flow, the flow direction should be from bottom to top: this will not add extra liquid weight to the probe. 9. The reverse installation of the vortex flowmeter sensor in the horizontal pipeline. This installation method is generally not recommended. This installation method is not suitable for measuring general gas and superheated steam. It can be used to measure saturated steam, and it is suitable for measuring high temperature liquid or when the pipeline needs to be cleaned frequently. 10. Selection of pressure measuring point and temperature measuring point of vortex flowmeter.
