(2) Temperature The working temperature of the CMF used in the dispenser is much lower than the room temperature, and the influence of temperature must be considered; changes in the medium temperature or ambient temperature will change the Young's modulus of the measuring vibrating tube and affect the structure of the zero drift and other factors. (3) Flow rate Compressed gas has low density and fast flow rate, and its influence cannot be ignored. Ideally, as the flow rate increases, the vibration frequency of the vibrating tube decreases. Generally, the change of fluid density is small, and it can be considered that the flow rate is proportional to the mass flow rate of the fluid. Therefore, the compensation of flow rate can be converted into a nonlinear factor of flow rate change for compensation.
