It should not be installed in occasions where the flow is frequently interrupted and there is strong pulsating flow or pressure pulsation; 10. When the flowmeter is installed outdoors, there should be a cover on the upper part to prevent rainwater immersion and scorching sun exposure from affecting the service life of the flowmeter. 11. The flowmeter can be installed horizontally or vertically. The direction of fluid flow should be consistent with the direction marked on the shell. When installing a vertical pipeline, the flow direction must be up and down, and there should be a straight pipe section of no less than 10Dn upstream of the flowmeter. The straight pipe section behind the table is not less than 5Dn. 12. In order not to affect the normal delivery of fluid, the bypass pipeline valve must be closed during normal use. The maximum leak detection pressure of medium and low pressure meters:≤1.0Mpa, the temperature and pressure compensation type leak detection pressure does not exceed 3 times the upper limit of the pressure sensor. The high-pressure gauge case is leak-detected at a pressure of 1.2 times the rated flow. 2. After installation, the leak detection and installation and use should comply with the following regulations: (1) First close the outlet valve and the inlet valve. (2) Slightly open the outlet valve, then slowly open the inlet valve, so that the watch starts slowly, and then slowly open the outlet valve to achieve normal operation. It is necessary to prevent sudden start and damage to the watch core.
