After the liquid ammonia is produced, under different pressure conditions, H2, N2, CH4, Ar and other gases will be dissolved. The liquid ammonia pressure drops to about 3.0MPa and enters the liquid ammonia storage tank. After the pressure drops, H2, N2, CH4, Ar and other gases are released from the liquid ammonia. At the same time, some ammonia vapor will also be generated due to changes in pressure and temperature. Therefore, before entering the liquid ammonia storage tank, there will be a gas-liquid two-phase mixed flow, and sometimes the gas will be higher than 30% (generally around 15% to 20%). The liquid ammonia from the bottom of the relay tank enters the liquid ammonia storage tank after being measured by FIQ-102. After metering, it is sent to the urea branch plant, and the ammonia used in the joint alkali branch plant comes out of the bottom of the small liquid ammonia storage tank, and is sent to the joint alkali branch plant after being measured by FIQ-101. This metering scheme enables liquid ammonia production and liquid ammonia consumption to be measured separately to meet the company's target cost assessment management for each branch factory. In construction, it is considered that the output of the mass flowmeter sensor is a resonant frequency signal. Therefore, during installation, special anti-vibration treatment is carried out for the straight pipes at both ends of the mass flowmeter. And it is required that liquid ammonia must come out from the bottom of the relay tank. The pipeline after the FIQ-102 metering and the liquid level regulating valve LV-101 must be raised to a certain height, the purpose is to open the mass flowmeter into a liquid seal, so that the liquid ammonia can reach the full pipe in the flowmeter, so that it can further reduce the pipeline Vibration, so as to ensure its measurement accuracy. Since the installation position of the flowmeter is in the encirclement of the cycle machine and large compressor, when the large motor starts, it will cause fluctuations in the grid voltage.
