(7) The opening angle of the reducer or expander pipe upstream of the inlet pipe of the gas turbine flowmeter cannot exceed 30°. , In order to ensure the gas policy delivery and facilitate the maintenance of the flowmeter, a bypass pipeline should be set up on the flowmeter installation pipeline. (11) The pipeline must have no vibration, the airflow in the pipeline must not have large pulsation and impurities, and there is no dust and liquid. The foreign matter entering the pipeline will seriously damage the turbine flowmeter. The gas turbine flowmeter allows short-time overload, but the actual maximum flow rate cannot exceed 20% of the maximum flow rate allowed by the gas turbine flowmeter, and the duration cannot exceed half an hour. (14) When installing the flowmeter, make sure that the connection between the inlet and the outlet of the turbine flowmeter is coaxially aligned, and the force of each bolt is uniform, so as not to affect the sealing effect.
