How to deal with the hardware failure of gas mass flowmeter?

The gas mass flowmeter cannot control the flow, it can only detect the mass flow of liquid or gas, and output the flow value through analog voltage, current or serial communication. (2) Wiring problem If the display of the gas mass flowmeter does not light up, check the power supply connection of the totalizer. If the fuse is burned, you should confirm whether the input voltage is consistent with the nominal value of the standard voltage, and whether the AC or DC form is consistent. And if the totalizer does not increase with the flow rate, check the wiring of the totalizer. If the totalizer is equipped with a forward/reverse program, check the wiring of the flowmeter. Does not increment when flowing. (3) The transmitter fails. (4) The sensor fails. (5) Pipeline purging problem. (6) If the process medium changes, if the measurement medium has gas inclusion, gasification or two-phase flow, the transmitter will display an alarm, and the sensor will stop working if it is serious. It is not enough for us to master the fault handling skills of the gas mass flowmeter. It is important to maintain it carefully so as not to affect its normal work, and to a certain extent, it can also extend the service life of the equipment. When cleaning the gas mass flowmeter, use a soft cotton cloth to wipe off the surface stains. During the wiping process, be careful not to use too much force to prevent the instrument from breaking. For disinfection, alcohol is usually used for disinfection, and alcohol can also remove dust on the surface to a certain extent.
