The new IFA provides a high linearity of 41dBm, and its noise figure remains at 2.5dB for the best signal dynamic range. The ADL5320 has an operating bandwidth of 400MHz to 2.7GHz, provides 42dBm output linearity and 26dBm output compression point, and consumes only 104mA of current. The ADL5322 and ADL5323 operate in the 700MHz~4GHz and 1.7GHz~2.4GHz frequency bands, respectively, with 45dBm output IP3 linearity and 28dBm compression point, and they are internally matched to eliminate less than 10 external components. Both amplifiers offer excellent adjacent channel power ratios for CDMA and W-CDMA applications (at output powers above +10dBm, the ADL5323 provides an adjacent channel leakage ratio ACPR of better than 70dBc). Gain Blocks The ADS5541 and ADL5542 are broadband gain blocks operating from low frequencies to 6GHz. Both modules have internal matching 50ΩImpedance, built-in bias circuit. ADL5541 provides 15dB gain, 40dBm output linearity, ADL5542 provides 20dB gain, 40dBm output linearity. Both broadband gain blocks are fully electrostatic discharge (ESD) protected and available in small lead LFCSP packages.
