If the difference between the two values is large (the two values should be guaranteed to be in the same order of magnitude), it means that the installation stress is large and should be reinstalled. 2.2 Environmental vibration and electromagnetic interference When the mass flow meter is working normally, the measuring tube is in a vibrating state and is very sensitive to external vibration. If there are other vibration sources on the same support platform or in the nearby area, the vibration frequency of the vibration source will interact with the working vibration frequency of the mass flowmeter measuring tube, causing abnormal vibration and zero drift of the flowmeter, resulting in measurement errors. It will cause the flowmeter to fail to work; at the same time, because the sensor vibrates the measuring tube by exciting the coil, if there is a large magnetic field interference near the flowmeter, it will also have a great impact on the measurement results. Solution: At present, with the continuous improvement of the production process and technology of mass flow meters, such as the application of DSP digital signal processing technology and MVD technology of Micro Motion, Beijing Tianchen Borui and other companies, compared with the previous analog equipment, the front-end The digital processing of the instrument greatly reduces the signal noise and optimizes the measurement signal. When vibration interference cannot be avoided, isolation measures such as connecting with the vibration tube with a flexible pipe and a support frame for isolating vibration are taken to isolate the flowmeter from the vibration interference source. 2.3 Influence of the measuring medium pressure When the operating pressure is quite different from the calibration pressure, the change of the measuring medium pressure will affect the degree of tension of the measuring tube and the degree of the Bourdon effect, and destroy the symmetry of the measuring tube, thus causing the flow and density of the sensor to vary. The change of measurement sensitivity cannot be ignored for high-accuracy measurement. Solution: We can eliminate or reduce this effect by pressure compensation and pressure zero adjustment of the mass flow meter. There are two methods for the configuration of pressure compensation: (1) If the operating pressure is a known fixed value, the external pressure value can be input on the mass flowmeter transmitter for compensation. (2) If the operating pressure changes significantly, the mass flowmeter transmitter configuration can be performed to poll an external pressure measurement device, and the real-time dynamic pressure value can be obtained through the external pressure measurement device for compensation. NOTE: Flow verification pressure must be provided when configuring pressure compensation. 2.4 Two-phase flow problem Since the current flowmeter manufacturing technology can only accurately measure single-phase flow, in the actual measurement process, when the working conditions change, the liquid medium will vaporize to form a two-phase flow, which affects the Normal metering.
