1. There is no display when the fluid is in normal operation, and the word count of the total counter does not increase. 1. Check whether the power line, fuse, function selection switch and signal line are open or in poor contact. 2. Check whether the external printing plate and contact parts of the display are in contact. Defective 3. Check the detection coil 4. Check the external faults of the sensor. The above 1-3 inspections are confirmed to be normal or the faults have been eliminated, but faults still exist, indicating that the fault is outside the flow path of the sensor. You can check whether the impeller touches the inner wall of the sensor , whether there is foreign matter stuck, whether the shaft and bearing have sundries stuck or broken. 3. Mark the position of the detection coil on the sensor body, unscrew the detection head, and move quickly under the detection head with an iron piece. If the number of counters does not increase, check whether the coil is broken or not. 4. Remove foreign matter, and clean or replace damaged parts. After recovery, air blow or manually move the impeller, there should be no friction sound. After replacing bearings and other parts, re-calibrate to obtain new instrument coefficients.
