Foreword The filling of barreled liquids is very common in the chemical and food industries. For medium or above filling volumes (above 10Kg), the filling methods generally use electronic weighing and flow meter types, among which electronic weighing methods are domestic. (2) When filling with over-flow control, the actual filling volume must be greater than the set flow of the mass flowmeter. It must be set by the PLC program, and the flowmeter is required to send a signal in advance to control the closing of the filling valve, so as to ensure the actual filling. The amount is consistent with the set amount of the mass flowmeter. (3) Flow control (filling speed control) In order to ensure the accuracy of the filling system, the filling speed of the filling system is designed to be fast and slow, and the flow control valve automatically controls the filling speed by controlling the flow rate. Since the precise amount of opening of the control valve will not affect the filling accuracy, the use of the current automatic regulating valve on the market is expensive, inconvenient to install and needs to increase control requirements, so the flow control valve adopts a self-designed three-position valve. Butterfly valve, namely maximum opening (fully open), 1/3 opening (can be manually set and adjusted), fully closed, has outstanding advantages and stable performance. (4) After the anti-drip filling is completed, the viscous material remaining on the surface of the filling head will take a certain period of time to flow out, so that the material will drip onto the surface of the container and cause pollution. The design of the filling system uses a vacuum generator to suck back. The system ensures no dripping. The vacuum generator has the advantages of large suction flow, simple structure, low cost, quick vacuum generation and release, and convenient installation and maintenance. (5) Filling head The filling valve of the filling head adopts a self-designed pneumatic shut-off valve, which has a simple structure, quick opening and closing, easy cleaning and good sealing. 2.4 Flowmeter selection There are many kinds of flowmeters. The selection of flowmeters is mainly determined according to material characteristics and on-site process conditions. For filling with high precision requirements, only mass flowmeters can be selected. The metering system of a mass flow meter consists of a sensor and a transmitter for signal processing.
