The reliability and accuracy grades are not high (generally about 1.5 to 2.5 grades), and the repeatability is poor. 7. The ultrasonic flowmeter determines the volume flow by measuring the fluid velocity. For the liquid, its mass flow should be measured. The mass flow measured by the instrument is obtained by multiplying the volume flow by the artificially set density. When the fluid temperature changes, the fluid The density is changing, artificially setting the density value cannot guarantee the accuracy of the mass flow rate. Only by measuring the fluid velocity and fluid density at the same time, can the real mass flow value be obtained through calculation.
